3D Ultrasonic Position Tracking

Have you ever wanted to digitize your writing on any surface or quickly and accurately measure things around you? So do I. So I am working in my personal time at developing a 3D position tracking technology that doesn't cost thousands of dollars and is easily portable. Ultrasound was chosen over other methods due to its low cost for implementation. The project is currently in the proof of concept testing stage.
